Cause
Another service is listening to TCP port 8880 or 8443.
Connect to the server via RDP
Find the process ID from the service listening to ports 8880 or 8443:
netstat -aon | findstr -i “:8880 :8443” | find “LISTENING”
TCP 0.0.0.0:8880 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 2476
TCP 0.0.0.0:8443 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 2476
Obtain more details with the PID:
tasklist /fi “PID eq 2476“
Image Name PID Session Name Session# Mem Usage
========================= ======== ================ =========== ============
httpd.exe 2476 Services 0 16.708 K
Kill the process: taskkill /F /PID 2476
Start plesk control panel in IIS.
