Log in to Plesk server via RDP
Open gpedit.msc and go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Installer
Enable ‘Prohibit Rollback’ policy and press OK
Install IIS Rewrite module:
msiexec /i C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_17.5.3\thirdparty-msi-Windows-any-x86_64\rewrite_7.2.1952_x64.msi /L*V C:\2.txt
Disable ‘Prohibit Rollback’ policy.
